Six Sigma Study - Calculate Cp and Cpk
I propose an Excel tool to simply and easily conduct a Six Sigma capability study. Especially through the normal distribution, the binomial distribution, the exponential distribution, and the Poisson distribution. Particularly, it calculates Cp and Cpk easily.
This tool consists of an Excel spreadsheet, in which you simply enter your measured values, then the tool analyzes them and performs the necessary calculations and graphs for a statistical and capability study.
Tool Features:
The tool features are numerous, here is a non-exhaustive list:
-Calculate Cp and Cpk
-Perform calculations for each distribution
-Draw various graphical representations
-Calculate correlations between different data
-Provide an analysis of the indicators to the user
-Conduct capability analysis
-Easily compare the state before and after actions

-Study via R^2 which distribution is most applicable

DOWNLOAD THE TOOL
Go to the download section, then download the Excel tool.
ENTER YOUR DATA
Go to the "Data" tab and enter the values you have measured.
ANALYZE YOUR RESULTS
Select the tab corresponding to the distribution you want to apply. Then run the Macro. Finally, the results will be displayed.
